Illness Policy

To ensure the health and safety of everyone, please do not attend lessons if you are feeling unwell. You must be symptom-free (including coughs, cold, sickness bugs, etc) for at least 48 hours before returning to lessons. 

Kindly ensure your child is aware of this policy and that anyone responsible for bringing them to lessons is informed as well.

Cancellation Policy

Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and to allow sufficient time to adjust schedules.

If you have any extenuating circumstances, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will consider them on a case-by-case basis.

Payment 

Lessons for new students need to be paid at the time of booking to secure the slot. Lessons for current students are to be paid via BACS payment at least 48 hours before the lesson.
